The Private Label Expo and the Future Brands Showroom on 22 and 23 October 2025 at Targi Kielce. INFORMATION FOR VISITORS
Private Labels Expo is one of Poland’s most important expos for communal services; the event brings together buyers, purchasing managers, manufacturers, and experts from Poland and abroad. As Małgorzata Ozdoba, project manager at Targi Kielce, emphasises: "This is where new contracts are formed, retail chains find innovative suppliers, and manufacturers have the opportunity to enter new markets."
Exhibitors from Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Germany, Turkey, and China will present their products. Manufacturers and suppliers of food, cosmetics, household chemicals, and pet food will also have their stands. Exhibitors definitely focus on the high quality and originality of products. Freeze-dried dishes from the astronaut menu, long-matured deer and fallow deer meats, meats from the Traditional Products List, Bagdrip coffee drips, high-protein products, organic products, and superfoods are on offer. Other expo stands are filled with hygiene products, children's care cosmetics, disposable wet wipes in various sets, and premium quality pet food.
Buyers from the largest retail chains at Targi Kielce
Representatives will lead business talks with exhibitors from retail chains such as Biedronka, Dino, Drogeria Natura, Eurocash, Leclerc, Netto, Lewiatan, Społem Coop, Społem KPH, Bricomarche, Amic, Aldi, Kaufland, Polomarket, SPAR, Orzech, Topaz, Stokrotka, Carrefour, and Dealz. Attendees will also include representatives of companies with a strong position in the distribution and wholesale sector, including: Chorten, SPS Handel, MiroLeader, Eubioco, Mousquetaires, Goldfinch Trade, the "Specjał" Capital Group, PGDIS MARKA, and the "Baltona" Foreign Trade Company.
Representatives from chains such as Onur Perakende, Özen Gıda, and Memişler Çay – leaders in the local retail and food distribution market represent Turkey. A delegation of buyers seeking suppliers in Poland will be arriving from Uzbekistan and Romania.
The co-organisers of the Private Label Fair are Marek Marzec, president of Ewa–Bis; Michał Sadecki, president of MSL Consulting; and Marek Bielski, publisher of the monthly Rzeźnik Polski, owned by Gemini Group.
Future Private Labels Summit – knowledge and trends in Kielce
An integral part of the event will be the Future Private Labels Summit – a series of debates and lectures devoted to the current challenges of the FMCG industry. The Wiadomości Handlowe magazine is involved in preparing the congress.
The conference includes the following topics:
- Strategies of drugstore, grocery and pharmacy chains in the area of private labels
- Key trends in beauty, hygiene and household chemicals
- innovation and cooperation between retailers and suppliers,
- development of the non-food discount market,
- enhancing the image of private labels and their impact on consumer loyalty.

The Private Label Expo runs on Wednesday, October 22 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Thursday, October 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission to the exhibition and the Future Private Labels Summit is free for industry representatives after prior online registration. New formats at Targi Kielce: meat and pet food industry
A new feature of this year's edition will be accompanying events – Pet Food Congress and Round Table of the Meat Industry and Modern Trade, coordinated by Marek Bielski, publisher of the Rzeźnik Polski magazine belonging to Gemini Group. Discussions focus on industry development directions, exports and product innovations. Lectures and debates will take place in the conference room in Expo Hall 3.
