Handicraft workshops, regional flavours, and ideas for travelling around Poland - starting this morning at AGRO & Active TRAVEL- attract visitors who want to see and feel what rural tourism and active recreation are today. The second day of the Rural Tourism and Active Recreation Expo is underway at Targi Kielce.

The plant zone during the "Home, Garden and You" exhibition at Targi Kielce is filled with seedlings, flowers and trees - visitors have a wide selection of inspiration for spring transformations of gardens, balconies, houses and apartments. The trade fair runs on Sunday, 12 April, until 5 p.m.

At the ongoing edition of Kielce's favourite fair, visitors can take advantage of free advice from experienced architects and industry experts.

Rural Tourism and Active Recreation Agro &Active Travel Expo was officially opened at Targi Kielce - the official inauguration was performed by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Stefan Krajewski.

The conference "Sustainable development as a condition for the functioning of rural tourism" took place as part of the AGRO & Active TRAVEL at Targi Kielce, bringing together representatives of the tourism industry, local governments and experts in rural development.

The beauty of the voivodeship, plans for the future and ways to promote the region in the spotlight - Marshal of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Renata Janik and President of the Polish Tourist Organisation Magdalena Krucz described the advantages.

The first day of the nationwide conference comes to an end. “Sustainable development as a condition for the functioning of rural tourism” – comprehensively responded to the current challenges and directions of development of the rural tourism and agritourism sector in Poland and Europe.
