The world on a plate – flavours from around the globe at the Private Label Expo
The diversity of the offer means that the market halls are filled with the scent of fresh spices, the aroma of coffee and appetising previews of future hits on store shelves
Culinary gems from around the world
At the expo stands, you can try some real curiosities – from freeze-dried astro-dumplings and soups used by astronauts, to deer and fallow deer meat, and traditional specialities from Bacówka. The hit products list also includes: carp in various forms, organic meat products, and even desserts straight from the cosmic menu.
There was also an ample supply of sweets – Czech chocolates, colourful Ice Dots and Ewa-Bis fruit and preserves. This is just part of the rich offer. Beverage lovers can try craft beers, non-alcoholic lemonades or new products from Bike Cafe – drip coffees in single-use sachets.
Ecology and functionality on a plate
The growing interest in a healthy lifestyle is also visible at trade fairs. Companies such as Amber Nutrition, Serabio, BioMami, and DM Hermes offer functional and organic food, and The Piskorek Brothers' Sour Soup and Borscht Manufactory once again delights with traditional żurek soup. There are also dairy products, ready-made meals and new products for the HoReCa sector.
Not only food, chemicals, cosmetics and pet products
The Private Label Expo also reviews non-food products. From premium pet food to eco-friendly cleaning products and cosmetics, each department attracts attention with innovative solutions. The exhibitors' list includes, among others, Delko, Helbo, Nölken Hygiene Products , and Turkish Alpasya Kozmetik with innovative mini wipes.
The expo is packed with conversations and business inspirations.
This year is enjoying huge interest from buyers and representatives of key retail chains – from Eurocash, Społem Coop and Kaufland, to Turkish and Uzbek retail chains who will be interested in learning about the exhibitors' offers. Targi Kielce hosts numerous meetings, negotiations, and conversations that will undoubtedly result in new contracts and the introduction of additional private-label products to the market. The atmosphere of business opportunities also accompanies the Future Private Labels Summit, where trends and strategies in the FMCG sector are discussed.
