Bogdan Galuszka - Director of the Private Label Department (PNM) Intermarché joins the Targi Kielce conference

An experienced industry expert, currently responsible for implementing the new strategy for Intermarché stores' Private Label products, will share his knowledge during the Private Future Labels Summit at Targi Kielce. The conferences will be held as part of the Private Label Expo, on 22 and 23 October 2025.

Bogdan Gałuszka boasts over 25 years of experience in managing Poland's most prominent retail chains. As Purchasing Director, he introduced the Ahold&Allkauf  chain of stores to the Polish market (including Albert and Hypernova stores). Then in subsequent retail chains, including: Jeronimo Martins Polska, he was responsible for the development of Private Label products in Biedronka stores, and in the PLUS Discount chain as a Member of the Management Board and Purchasing and Marketing Director, and was responsible for the reorganisation of the Sales Department and the development of the Private Label product category. Between 2000 and 2006, as Purchasing Director and a Member of the Management Board, he established the structures of the LIDL Polska network and other Eastern European countries. He was responsible for building and managing the Sales Department from scratch, as well as creating and implementing product category management principles.  In the next chain, POLO Market, (2009-2013) he took up the position of Purchasing Director and Member of the Management Board, responsible for, among other things, implementing Category Management principles, creating an assortment analysis system for supermarkets, a strategy for private label products and pricing strategy principles. 

Today, he serves as the Director of the Private Label Department at Intermarché, where he is responsible for implementing the new strategy for Private Label products in Intermarché stores. The conference in Kielce is the platform for  Bogdan Galuszka to debate "Private Brands - the Fuel of the Future of Retail".

Future Private Labels Summit at Targi Kielce with expert debates and lectures
