UAG and DRABPOL begin talks on cooperation in helicopter blade repair, modernisation and distribution of engine and aircraft parts in Europe

Kielce, Poland - 4 September 2025 - United Aero Group (UAG), an American leader in global support for the aviation industry, and DRABPOL GP P. Drabczyński and Company, a renowned Polish VAR (Value Added Reseller) and integrator in the aviation industry, announced today the commencement of cooperation talks to establish a European helicopter blade repair and parts distribution centre

The companies signed a preliminary MoU and began a process of in-depth analysis, known as due diligence.  While this is not yet a formal partnership, both parties view it as the first step in establishing a long-term collaboration that will provide significant value to civilian and military operators across Europe.

“DRABPOL is the right partner for us because we bring our helicopter blade repair expertise and global supply chain to Europe,” said Tom Neumann, CEO of UAG.  “Our shared goal is to provide world-class support to operators across the region.”

The contracts include the supply of MPPZM anti-ship mines, MU-90 PTD training torpedoes, specialised operational containers for F-35 aircraft and several hundred GBU-39B Small Diameter Bombs
