The Ministry of National Defence about MSPO 2025

The meeting of the Programme Board of the International Defence Industry Exhibition took place on June 17 at the headquarters of the Ministry of National Defence. The discussion covered many issues

The discussion centred on the new rules for submitting registrations for the prestigious "Defender" awards, the most prestigious distinctions presented during MSPO. The changes aim to increase the transparency and objectivity of the process of evaluating innovative solutions offered by exhibitors.  In addition, the Board agreed on the scope of other awards and distinctions to be presented during this year’s Salon, recognising the contribution of companies to the development of the defence industry and state security. The next point discussed was the technical side of the Armed Forces Exhibition.  Much attention was also paid to other elements of the MSPO 2025 agenda , such as the orchestra's performance at the opening ceremony and the uniformed classes' roll call on the first day of the Exhibition.

The meeting at the Ministry of National Defence was the next stage in preparations for the upcoming edition of MSPO.

The Flamingo, as the FP-5 long-range missile was nicknamed, is difficult to detect by radar with a range of up to 3,000 km and a payload of 1,150 kg. With such mass, it hits targets with a precision of 14 meters

Third day of MSPO 2025. Even more conferences, contracts and cooperation agreements
On the third day of the International Defence Industry Exhibition at Targi Kielce, more significant events of strategic importance for the development of defence were held, including the signing of key agreements. On September 4th, MSPO 2025 also hosted numerous conferences, which added significant substantive value to the debate on the future of the military

The Armaments Agency signed four contracts at MSPO
On the 3rd day of the International Defence Industry Exhibition in Targi Kielce, the Armaments Agency finalised four contracts strengthening the capabilities of the Polish Armed Forces. The contracts include the supply of MPPZM anti-ship mines, MU-90 PTD training torpedoes, specialised operational containers for F-35 aircraft and several hundred GBU-39B Small Diameter Bombs

Artificial intelligence in the service of defence - conclusions from the conference of the IDEAS Research Institute
At the "AI and Defence" conference, which the IDEAS Research Institute organised on the third day of MSPO 2025, scientists presented directions of research on the use of artificial intelligence in the military. The discussions focused on algorithms supporting commanders in making decisions on the battlefield, data protection and privacy, as well as the growing role of AI in cybersecurity

Third day - PGZ contracts at MSPO. Modernisation of radars and reinforcement of supplies for the Polish Army
On the third day of MSPO, the Polish Armaments Group signed several key agreements, including those regarding the modernisation of NUR-12 radar stations and replenishment of explosives stocks, as well as agreements with military institutions on the development of training facilities and business continuity. Additionally, contracts were signed on maritime projects under the Digital Baltic initiative
