The MSPO - the defence industry sector as a flywheel for Poland's economy We focus on security and the latest technologies - said Minister Domański after visiting the exhibition of the 33rd International Defence Industry Exhibition in Targi Kielce

The head of the Ministry of Finance and Economy talked with representatives of many companies, including WB Group, ICEYE, Demarko, Concept, and the Space Technology - Research and Development Park.  Innovation, Creotech Instruments, as well as companies belonging to the Polish Armaments Group. He also visited the expo stand of the Ministry of Development and Technology, which he supervises.  

MRiT with an offer for entrepreneurs during MSPO 

MSPO is also the showcase for the Ministry of Development and Technology, which is presenting a broad support package for defence sector companies interested in expanding into international markets. At the MRiT stand (expo hall 2, no. 2-F04) entrepreneurs can learn about the  Polish Defense & Security Equipment Catalog 2025 – a comprehensive presentation of Polish export potential, and Defense Sector Entrepreneur Portal – a source of knowledge about tenders, regulations and financing options, as well as an offer of business seminars prepared with cooperation with the US Army stationed in Poland and UN system organizations in mind.

The agenda included workshops on the opportunities for Polish companies to participate in international tenders and in the process of rebuilding Ukraine.

The Flamingo, as the FP-5 long-range missile was nicknamed, is difficult to detect by radar with a range of up to 3,000 km and a payload of 1,150 kg. With such mass, it hits targets with a precision of 14 meters

On the 3rd day of the International Defence Industry Exhibition in Targi Kielce, the Armaments Agency finalised four contracts strengthening the capabilities of the Polish Armed Forces. The contracts include the supply of MPPZM anti-ship mines, MU-90 PTD training torpedoes, specialised operational containers for F-35 aircraft and several hundred GBU-39B Small Diameter Bombs

At the "AI and Defence" conference, which the IDEAS Research Institute organised on the third day of MSPO 2025, scientists presented directions of research on the use of artificial intelligence in the military. The discussions focused on algorithms supporting commanders in making decisions on the battlefield, data protection and privacy, as well as the growing role of AI in cybersecurity

On the third day of MSPO, the Polish Armaments Group signed several key agreements, including those regarding the modernisation of NUR-12 radar stations and replenishment of explosives stocks, as well as agreements with military institutions on the development of training facilities and business continuity. Additionally, contracts were signed on maritime projects under the Digital Baltic initiative
