Maskpol presents ROCK 4.0 – an ultra-light tactical vest. MSPO debut

21 August 2025
MSPO welcomes PSO Maskpol which will present the latest model in its valued line of tactical vests – ROCK 4.0. This ultralight ballistic plate carrier has been designed with dynamic operations in mind for urban environments

The vest is made from durable Cordura 5000/500D laminate, resistant to abrasion and heavy loads. A modular Quick Release system enables users to select buckles and fastening solutions according to their individual preferences. Both the front and rear sections of the carrier are made using laser-cut MOLLE technology. The front panel is attached with G-hook buckles. The rear section of the carrier features a quick-mount system for additional panels using separating zippers. This solution is compatible with other products from the MAPA Tactical line as well as with the new carrying system.

Maskpol designers also took into account the growing importance of integrating electronic equipment  thus, ROCK 4.0 has special pockets for tape antennas, as well as holders to stabilise cables and antennas – two at the front and four at the back. A significant improvement is the cummerbunds made of a combination of Cordura laminate and CURV composite, which ensure stiffness and wearing comfort. Their outer layer is equipped with the MOLLE system, and the inner layer has a soft Velcro surface enabling the attachment of additional ballistic protection.  The stable attachment of ballistic plates is ensured by special Velcro straps, allowing the vest to be used with various plate models available on the market. The comfort of use is improved by replaceable spacer panels that facilitate ventilation and hygiene.

MSPO is also the platform for Maskpol to also present the development of its carrying system based on the PATROL backpack. The new line includes three models with capacities ranging from 10 to 80 liters, creating a coherent set complementing the ROCK 4.0 vest;  thus users receive a complete, modern equipment protection and transport system that meets the requirements of the modern battlefield.
