The main objectives of the project are to modernise the infrastructure of lecture halls (equipping them with, among others, high-resolution cameras, computers and control systems, as well as digital boards and intelligent displays), to transfer advanced knowledge through training programs conducted in the Republic of Korea, and to provide scholarship support to university students.
The ceremony was attended by, among others, the Rector of the General Tadeusz Kościuszko Military University of Land Forces, retired Lieutenant General Dr. Marek Tomaszycki, Professor of AWL, Prof. dr hab. Leszek Wieczorek, President and CEO of Hanwha Aerospace & Hanwha Systems – Mr. Jae Il Son, President of Hanwha Aerospace Europe – Mr. Jacek Cyrek, Representative of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Poland – Mr. Shik Kim.
By signing the agreement with AWL, Hanwha Group is expanding its defence cooperation with the Polish government, striving to build a common development model with local communities. Such activities go far beyond planned exports and investments.
