Founded in 2007, D-TA Systems Inc. designs, develops, and manufactures spectrum processing solutions for demanding applications. D-TA’s standard products cover virtually all aspects of Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) from spectrum sensing to spectrum creation. D-TA is the only SMB capable of offering complete turn-key solutions for all EMSO missions.
D-TA provides end-to-end solutions for mission-critical EMSO (Electro-Magnetic Spectrum Operations) applications, like: SIGINT for spectral surveillance for threat detection; EW Threat Emulation for device testing and operator training; Over-The-Horizon Radar for long-range surveillance; Wideband multi-channel RF & IF record/playback; and Extreme-SWaP and mission-agnostic EMSO solutions.
D-TA products are results of ‘out of the box’ thinking, technical innovation, and no-compromise development that fulfills the company’s mandate to cut deployment risk, time, and cost by orders of magnitude. All D-TA products use antenna level digitization, high-speed optical networks as data backbone and software centric processing.
All D-TA products, including ESM/ELINT Radar, EW Emulation and Extreme-SWaP optimized products for disposable EMSO missions, are based on just two sub-systems (LRUs) connected by high-speed optical cables: a smart sensor-interface unit; and a (commercially available) processing server. The approach simplifies system design, installation, maintenance, and future upgradability.
Over the years, D-TA has assembled a highly qualified technical team that has unparalleled expertise in RF, IF and Network system design and real-time multi-core software processing and EMSO application development.

MFEWS-5000 AI Infused SIGINT Shelter
The MFEWS-5000 is a climatized container combining passive sensing, processing, operator workstations, timing, power generation, AI-assisted fusion, and secure communications. It is transportable by road, sea, or air and can be deployed at a joint base, forward operating location, border corridor, airfield, coastal site, port, or suitable maritime platform. The same containerized configuration supports local operation, remote operation, and encrypted reach-back, allowing the capability to follow mission demand rather than remain tied to one site or one service. The shelter houses the mission equipment and interfaces needed for independent operation with limited permanent infrastructure. It can support fixed-site surveillance, temporary deployments, embarked missions, or repositioning as operational priorities change.
C-ESM: 30 MHz to 3 GHz dual-band coverage; 7-element uniform circular array plus omnidirectional antenna; up to 100 MHz instantaneous bandwidth; simultaneous direction finding on up to six targets; and automatic modulation recognition.
R-ESM: 2 to 18 GHz radar detection and tracking; 360-degree field of view; pulse-by-pulse direction finding; and emitter identification using a 4-element spiral antenna array.
ELINT: 0.5 to 18 GHz high-fidelity radar fingerprinting; 360-degree coverage using three linear antenna arrays; approximately 1-degree direction-finding accuracy; long-range sensitivity to -100 dBm; and high-fidelity ELINT recording.
AIS and mission-data fusion: AIS and other cooperative or platform data can be correlated with passive COMINT, ELINT, R-ESM, E/O, navigation, and mission context. Mission-specific interfaces can be enabled when required, without making maritime data a prerequisite for land or air-support employment.
Electro-optical sensing: An integrated E/O camera provides a non-emitting visual layer for track confirmation, cueing, reporting, and common operating picture support. It can also accept approved external data to improve context and confidence levels.

Ensuring the proper operation of Radar Warning Receivers (RWRs), Electronic Support Measures (ESM), Electronic Attack (EA), and other Electronic Warfare (EW) receivers via rapid and realistic testing is vitally important as the use of EW systems proliferate across all platforms from sea to land to air to space. D-TA’s PETS system enables realistic and repeatable over the air testing for short-ranges (100 m or less). PETS, based on
D-TA’s Multi-Channel Radar Signal Emulator (MRSE) concept, is a rapidly deployable and portable system that simulates realistic and complex electromagnetic operating environments (EMOEs) with sufficient power for short-range test and evaluation of EW systems.
PETS can create a dense electromagnetic operational environment with complex threat signals, and it can be used for mission readiness validation, and not simply for ‘go/no-go’ tests.
The basic PETS system Is a single channel system with 1-18 GHz frequency coverage and 1 GHz IBW. The EIRP is 50 dBm. The extended frequency range option is up to 40 GHz. The PETS system is also offered in 2, 4 and 8 channels for simultaneous emulation of up to 8 bands (8 GHz spectrum) with in 1-18 GHz frequency range. For multi-channel versions, only the Power Amplifier (PA) is mounted up mast. The PETS is a standard product that has been deployed in different variants with multiple customers.
The PETS system is provided with extensive software support for waveform and scenario generation, I/Q data storage and playback (I/Q data streaming) for RF Emulation.
D-TA also offers an open-source threat library (DEWDOS) with over 4,000 emitters and 36,000 modes. A Signal Visualization and Analysis (SVAS) software is also available for recorded waveform data (I/Q data) validation and for predicting SUT response as the SVAS can create signal threads from generated I/Q data files.

The THREAT2 trailer system is a mobile, scalable, and interoperable solution for electronic warfare (EW) test and training environments. Designed to emulate integrated air defense threats with precision and realism, each trailer delivers full-spectrum RF capabilities in a self-contained, towable platform. With support for modern simulation protocols (HLA, TENA, SISO), centralized control via a secure web application, and intelligent automation through geofences and dynamic threat profiles, THREAT2 enables cost-effective replication of real-world threat behavior. Each THREAT2 trailer can be either a stand-alone emulator or a node in a series of nodes. The THREAT2 trailer platform redefines the delivery of surface-based electronic warfare effects by combining mobility, interoperability, and realism in a single, easily deployable system.
