Industry around the world is facing a challenge to reduce the environmental footprint and related to CO2 emissions. To make these aspirations become a reality, NovaCast Systems has developed its software called Good Guys' Index (GGI) - not only does it calculate CO2 emissions, but also the total cost. The software also shows how easy it is to set up processes in the foundry in order to reduce the environmental impact of the product.

The company boasts forty years of experience in the market and helps foundries become greener. In order to help foundries become greener, a smart foundry system was designed to ensure every part of the casting process streamlined, to maximize quality and reduce costs.  Fewer errors and defects mean higher production accuracy. Employees' full commitment offers the global foundry industry high-quality solutions that reduce costs. In addition, the company offers a wide range of user-friendly and comprehensive casting process simulation software and metallurgical process control systems.
