Isopak Group has Italian roots. The history started almost half a century on the initiative of Mr Augusto Baronciani whose aim, from the very beginning, was to create the top-quality packagings.
High professionalism, many years of experience and fruitful cooperation with numerous Clients have facilitated the Company’s dynamic development in various parts of the country and abroad.
An expansive development of the home appliances sector in Poland has become a driving wheel for a development and execution of new investment projects.
ISOPAK POLAND Sp. z o.o. is a Styrofoam packaging production specialist which, over a dozen or so years of operation, has been constantly developing and investing, starting from the factory in Łódź, then opening the successive production plants in Radomsko and in Świebodzice.
Thanks to the know-how and the skills of satisfying all the needs of the Client, Isopak Poland prepares and executes projects, considering a variety of shapes, the density required and the strength of materials, while considering the environment and circular economy.
Isopak Poland has implemented and it maintains and improves the EN ISO 9001 quality management system. It is a reliable partner providing solutions to facilitate the adequate product safety, not only in the home appliances and automotive sectors but also for many other applications.

Mould packaging
We produce any type of packaging from EPS, Piocelan or EPP moulds, with the required densities and mechanical resistance, to be achieved based upon the type of material requested. The design teams within our technical offices find the solution to any request, combining creativity and know-how and developing tailor-made projects for each customer. The on-site presence of SMI S.r.l., a company specialised in precision mechanical processing, allows Isopak to design and produce the moulds necessary for EPS and EPP processing, providing a 360-degree service directly on our premises. This guarantees a high level of control over the production process, being able to monitor and coordinate each stage, and high quality of the finished product.
EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) is a polymer derived from styrene, made up of 98% air. It is resistant, light, stackable, insulating, protective and hygienic, its excellent capacity to absorb energy makes it ideal to protect any type of content, has a reduced thermal conductivity thanks to its closed cellular structure, and its closed-cell structure allows it not to absorb humidity and thus neutralise nutrients for germs and bacteria. EPS is widely used as packaging, in construction as well as a component.
EPP is a lightweight, multipurpose plastic material that offers a wide range of applications. It is a highly resistant material. Its excellent mechanical characteristics make it suitable for many sectors, in particular as a component. It ensures optimal energy absorption and structural strength with a very low weight, as well as resistance to chemicals, thermal and acoustic insulation and 100% recyclability.
Piocelan is a hybrid material, composed of a core of polypropylene-coated expanded polystyrene (EPS), which allows achieving particularly high performance and good resistance to chemical attacks.
Its characteristics make it similar to EPP.
