About the event
Fishing and Survival Festival – join the adventure
Some stories begin at dawn by the water, others by the fire in the middle of the forest. Some other times, a metal detector unexpectedly detects something hidden underground for decades. All these converge for the Fishing and Survival Festival at Targi Kielce, a one-stop shop for adventure rides.
A campfire smell, stories of big fish, and equipment that can turn an ordinary trip into a real expedition. The Fishing and Survival Festival has been created for those who feel that water, the forest, or a trail leading into the unknown is their cup of tea; enthusiasts meet for the fourth time at Targi Kielce on 21 and 22 November 2026.
Fishing tales in the new expo hall
The heart of the event will beat to the rhythm of fishing excitement - exhibitors will showcase the latest equipment, from modern fishing rods, through advanced fishing technologies, to boats and the increasingly popular bait boats that are changing the way fishing is conducted.
The largest fishing shops will also have their expo stands, offering a wide selection of equipment, bait and accessories. The festival is a meeting place for anglers – both those with hundreds of hours on the water and those just beginning their adventure with this passion. The Kielce exhibition and congress centre’s new Expo Hall is the home for the event.
The lure is like a little work of art
One of the most atmospheric places at the event will be the Craftsmen's Zone, where passion meets craftsmanship. Handmade lure makers will be showcased. Wobblers, spinners, soft lures, and accessories are often made in small workshops where precision, experience, and intuition are required.
For many anglers, such products are of particular value – they are not only effective on the water, but also an example of the art of fishing.
Born of the wild - forged in the forest
The festival will not be limited to fishing alone, as the Survival Zone, dedicated to the art of survival and outdoor adventure, is one of the key parts of the event. Exhibitors will present survival equipment, outdoor clothing, knives, bushcraft tools and solutions useful during expeditions into the wild.
The program will also include demonstrations and meetings with survival practitioners who will talk about their experiences gained during expeditions and training in difficult conditions. This is a space for those who want to know how to light a fire without matches, prepare a campsite, and cope in situations where knowledge, cleverness, and experience count.
Earth holds history
A new feature of the event will be a zone dedicated to metal detectorists, i.e., enthusiasts of metal detector searching. It is a dynamically developing community that combines exploration of the area with a fascination with history.
The festival makes it possible to see modern metal detectors and accessories used during searches, and to talk to people who have been discovering traces of the past hidden beneath the earth's surface for years.
Internet Fishing
The Fishing and Survival Festival will also feature meetings with influencers and internet creators who are building communities around fishing, survival, and the outdoors. For visitors, it will be an opportunity to talk, take photos together, and exchange experiences with people who inspire thousands of enthusiasts online and show that real adventures begin off-screen.
The Fishing and Survival Festival is consistently building its position on the map of outdoor events in Poland. On 21–22, 2026, November Targi Kielce will once again become a meeting place for people who share one passion – nature, adventure and the freedom that comes from time spent by the water and in the forest.
