FUTURE PRIVATE LABELS EXPO (6-7.11.2024)
6th Private Label Exhibition
About the event
Private Label Expo - breakthrough conversations, pivotal agreements and inspiring events
The 2023 Private Label Expo created important business relations between exhibitors and buyers; the show turned out to be a significant contribution towards developing national and international cooperation. The next event promises to be equally effective. The fair will be held on November 6-7, 2024 in Targi Kielce.
The November Private Label Expo created was much more than the product presentation space, but above all, the platform where private labels producers and distributors from Poland, Slovakia, Germany, Albania, Estonia and the United States met retail chains' representatives from Poland, Europe and Middle East.
Many fruitful conversations will deliver tangible results. - Each company which showcased its offer at the National Food Group expo stand found partners to talk to. This will further boost these firms' development- notes Artur Krzeszowiak, B2B cooperation specialist at KGS. - Representatives of PPZ Trzemeszno, Stoisław Mills, Włocławek Polish Preserves, Zamość Grain Factory and "Pszczółka" Candy Factory established good business relations. Our companies operate in the private label industry, so we find the Kielce event valuable and successful. We count on developing cooperation in the coming years - emphasises Artur Krzeszowiak.
Moreover, "Pszczółka" Candy Factory arranged the details of cooperation already at the expo in the talk-shop session with the private label managers from the United Arab Emirates' Lulu International Group.
The Private Labels department director, Shamim Sainulabdeen, also emphasised interest in many other products. - Cookies, juices, vegetable and fruit preserves, hygiene products such as toilet paper... We have already discussed introducing these products under our retail chains' private label - reported Shamim Sainulabdeen.
Exhibitors declare their willingness to join the 2024's Private Label Expo
Other private-label producers and distributors also emphasised their satisfaction with talk-shop conversations and meetings with representatives of well-known retail chains, such as Intermarché, Bricomarché, Auchan, Stokrotka, Polska Grupa Zakupowa Kupiec, Chorten, Gram Market and Spiżarnia Wholesaler. This event's dynamics and business intensity were so satisfying; already on the second day of 2023's PLE, most exhibitors declared their participation in the 2024 show, which has already been scheduled for November. The Merchant Zone registration has already been launched for merchants.
The power of contracting meetings scheduled at Targi Kielce
Following the example of the recent Private Label Expo, the 2024 event will also take the form of a contracting meeting. Scheduled meetings enable effective use of the trade fair's potential. - This formula organises your expo participation; we have established contacts. We hope these leads will turn into business relations - said Cezary Szyłak, the Chorten Group's private label director.
Trade, export and quality at the Private Label Expo
The expo offers a highly valued advantage; the accompanying events are the PLE's competitive advantage. Among them, the rxpert congresses, conferences, and Taste of Quality® competition attracted entrepreneurs from the meat industry. The winners gain extra prestige; the competition accolade emphasises the importance of innovation and high quality. – More than 20 companies from various parts of Poland signed up to participate in the premiere competition edition. They presented over 80 products that were assessed by representatives of top retail chains. The future forecasts are promising - says Marek Bielski, publisher of the "Polish Butcher" monthly a part of the Gemini Group, a partner of the event at the Kielce exhibition and congress centre. – The Round Table of the Meat Industry and Modern Trade, organised by the monthly "Rzeźnik polski" magazine, has also delivered positive feedback. The participants emphasised the valuable problem-focused discussion, presentations and lectures.
The recent Private Label Expo also included the Congress of Expansive Exporters, a two-day event which was also important for the milieus. Specialists discussed specific tips on entering new markets, export development strategies and expansion of Polish companies on distant markets.
The Private Brands Forum brought together industry experts; they considered key issues related to introducing private labels for sale, negotiating contracts for private label products and the role of labels in creating a brand in the eyes of consumers.
The expo and conference event proved to be the right platform for fruitful negotiations, but also the place to derive inspiration, boost business development and establish lasting business relationships.
The sixth edition of Private Label Expo will be held on November 6-7, 2024 in Targi Kielce.
