Private labels’ advantage on the rise. VIII Future Private Labels Expo - preparation in progress
Private Label Expo: effective meetings and real business contacts
With each successive expo, the Private Label Expo continues to strengthen its role in the development and professionalisation of the private label sector. – The diverse and high-quality offer of exhibitors responds to trade trends and expectations, attracting an increasingly large group of representatives of retail chains, wholesalers, HoReCa and e-commerce. The recent expo resulted in many promising contacts on both sides; numerous declarations have joined the trade fair in October 2026. The high turnover confirms the value and effectiveness of the meetings. More people are already signing up to present their offers in Kielce, says Małgorzata Ozdoba, manager of the Private Label Expo.
The 2025 expo brought together 65 manufacturers and suppliers from Poland, the Czech Republic, China, Turkey, Romania, and Germany, as well as 1,115 industry visitors, including representatives from retail chains, wholesalers, the HoReCa and e-commerce sectors.

Future Private Labels Summit: Private Label Knowledge and Trends
The premiere Future Private Labels Summit in October 2025 drew great interest from the industry. Two days of discussions and lectures by experts from the trade and FMCG sectors yielded practical conclusions and roadmaps for developing the private-label market. “Wiadomości Handlowe” will once again be involved in organising the next edition, scheduled for the Private Label Expo 2026.
Pet Food Congress and the development of the pet products sector
The first professional Pet Food Congress, held in parallel, aroused considerable interest. It was organised by Marek Bielski, the publisher of the monthly "Rzeźnik Polski," which belongs to the Gemini Group. The professionalism and knowledge of experts attracted around 300 participants from various parts of the country. The second congress will also complement the Private Label Expo.
In their activities for the pet food sector, the organisers are going the extra mile – market changes and consumer trends are prompting the preparation of a premier exhibition zone that responds to the growing potential of this market.
