15 April 2026
On the eve of WinDoGlass Innovation at Targi Kielce, on September 24, a specialised training session on the correct installation of windows will be organised. The event is prepared by the renowned window installation expert Tadeusz Romański, owner of the Magnum Group. Professionals can now report what skills and knowledge they need and sign up for training - the Correct Window Installation workshop - click, report the issue and sign up for the training before WinDoGlass Innovation Kielce

The training responds to the growing demands of the construction market, where the quality of window installation is crucial for the energy efficiency of buildings, their durability, and reducing complaints. The organisers from the Magnum Group focus on specifics – knowledge that can be immediately used on the construction site.

The event agenda is created in cooperation with the fitters. Participants can influence the scope by reporting topics and problems they encounter in their daily work.  They can determine what causes the most problems during installation, what raises doubts, and what they would like to learn more about. This list of topics may include:

  • installation in the insulation layer,
  • warm window installation
  • thresholds and foundations,
  • tightness of connections and use of tapes,
  • mounting consoles,
  • waterproofing,
  • the most common assembly errors,
  • preparation of the window opening,
  • complaints and their causes.
  • The experience that supports the training

The training is organised by Tadeusz Romański – owner of the Magnum Group, entrepreneur and practitioner with many years of experience in the joinery industry.  He has been involved in the window market for years, collaborating with leading manufacturers, developing sales networks and advising on installation technologies.

He is the initiator of educational activities for assembly workers and the creator of solutions supporting their daily work.  The Magnum Group, which he manages, provides both assembly materials and technical expertise, responding to growing market demand.
