The Monter Show [Fitter Show], organised for the fourth time by the Association of Joinery Installers on June 18th in Żnin, was a meeting of contractors, manufacturers, distributors, trainers, and experts. Discussions about installation quality, new technologies, and challenges were accompanied by installation demonstrations, training sessions, and technical workshops. Manufacturers met directly with contractors, and experienced installers were eager to share their knowledge with the younger generation. 

For the WinDoGlass Innovation team, the event in Żnin served as a venue for dozens of inspiring meetings and exchanges of experience among people who share a passion for joinery and professional installation. Team members – Katarzyna Wójcik, manager, Urszula Niziołek, responsible for exhibitor relations, and Marzena Ślusarz, PR Manager – spoke with installers, manufacturers, technology suppliers, and industry experts. 

 WinDoGlass Innovation attracts industry

Installers and construction company representatives eagerly inquired about the program, the companies presenting their offerings, and the possibility of participating in the trade fair in Kielce, scheduled for 25 and 26  September. The diverse training program prepared for the fair is generating interest.

– Many of them emphasised that they need a place where they can gain practical knowledge, learn about new solutions and exchange experiences.  They were particularly interested in the training program. They asked about the Wiśniowski Training Center, about activities prepared together with the Association of Window and Door Fitters, and about the Pagen Assembly Challenge competition.  Both installers and company representatives declared their participation and took invitations to the WinDoGlass trade fair with them.  More companies have announced plans to set up stands and present their products at Targi Kielce.  The industry looks at WinDoGlass Innovation with high expectations.  This is a huge motivation for our team to respond to market needs, says Katarzyna Wójcik, WinDoGlass Innovation project manager.

The Association of Window and Door Fitters is a knowledge partner of WinDoGlass Innovation

The Association of Window and Door Fitters will prepare its own activity zone for the Kielce-based expo - the space dedicated to assembly practice, the presentation of modern technologies and the exchange of experiences between contractors and manufacturers.  Demonstrations, meetings with experts, and educational activities are being prepared for both professionals and young people starting their adventure in the industry. At the SMS expo stand in Targi Kielce you will meet the companies Wiśniowski, Porta, Geze, Bao, Maco, Klimas, Redan. 

 WinDoGlass Innovation coming in September

 - We leave the Monter Show with the feeling that the community is waiting for such meetings, during which the exchange of experiences, improving competences and people are just as important as the products.  We invite you to Kielce for great energy, knowledge, products, meetings and relationships. WinDoGlass Innovation may become one of the most important events integrating the joinery, assembly and glass industry in Poland already during its first edition - emphasises Katarzyna Wójcik.
