Heat pumps - the market, facts and figures

Heat pumps sales has been in a constant up trend because heat pumps have become are increasingly popular heating device.  According to the report of the Association of Heating Device Manufacturers and Importers, the largest sales increases were traditionally reported in air pumps sector, on a quarterly basis this sector amounted to almost 80%! In some air-source heat pumps, sales increased even more than twofold!

The  Polish Organization for the Development of Heat Pump Technology PORT PC  also forecast the advent of big increases. The three quarters of 2019 estimated data presented by PORT PC also show the increase in the number of air / water heat pumps and ground heat pumps sold.  Paweł Lachman, the PORT PC President in an interview with the editors emphasizes that the increases are disproportionate. Air / water heat pumps deliver even 90-100% increase in year-on-year basis, ground heat pumps the increase is 15%.  What will the be the real closing of 2019 for the heat pump market?
