The Association of Window and Door Fitters (SMS) was established in 2021 to integrate and support professionals involved in the installation of construction joinery in Poland.  The SMS's primary goal is to raise assembly standards and build a strong community of installers who work together to improve their skills and exchange experiences.

The SMS mission is based on three pillars:

• Innovations: introducing modern solutions and technologies that support fitters in their daily work;
• Quality: unification of work standards in the industry and ensuring the highest quality of assembly services;
• Trust: Building relationships based on trust between installers, business partners and customers.

SMS connects the joinery industry

The Association of Window and Door Fitters creates a space for the exchange of knowledge and experience by organising and hosting training courses, workshops, and conferences. The Association provides support to its partners to jointly raise assembly standards and promote best practices. SMS cooperates with manufacturers, system suppliers and industry institutions.  SMS specialists also educate through raising awareness of the importance of professional installation among investors and end customers.  The organisation's experts strive to ensure that the profession of a joinery fitter is perceived as a key element of the construction process, and that SMS members can enjoy recognition and trust in the market.

For fitters, for partners, for the industry

The Joinery Fitters Association offers training programs that enable fitters to acquire new skills and obtain certificates confirming their competence.  Together with manufacturers and suppliers of SMS systems, it develops innovative assembly solutions and organises joint educational projects.  An essential part of SMS's activities is building community by organizing industry events, such as the Monter Show, the association integrates the assemblers' community and promotes the exchange of experiences.

Participation in the WinDoGlass Innovation Expo is part of SMS's mission and tasks.
