Targi Kielce marks its presence at Foundry Expo 2025 in Istanbul – our delegation receives accolades

The Targi Kielce delegation took part in Foundry Expo 2025 in Istanbul – one of the most important events in the foundry industry in the world. The organisers appreciated the Targi Kielce’s delegation’s presence by presenting a special statuette

A significant event marked the September days in Turkey - the foundry industry convened at the trade fair held in Istanbul, the capital of Turkey.  Foundry Expo Istanbul 2025, dedicated to the foundry industry, was held in parallel to the Metal Expo trade fair. For several days, Istanbul became a meeting place for foundry representatives from around the world, bringing together nearly 90 companies from Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, China, Spain, India, Iran, Poland, Italy, the UK, and, of course, Turkey. The Metal Expo was represented by: Piotr Pawelec, director of the METAL 2026 project, and Damian Kudaka, a representative of the METAL 2026 foundry technology trade fair for the Turkish market - Justyna Moskal.

The representatives of the Kielce Exhibition and Congress Centre were recognised by the organiser, Sky Fuarcılık A.Ş. (SKY Trade Fairs),  with a commemorative statuette in gratitude for participating in the show. The Foundry Expo Istanbul was filled with inspiring meetings, knowledge-packed discussions, and valuable opinions from industry experts. Representatives of Targi Kielce held numerous talks at their expo stand with prospective exhibitors at the 2026 International Fair of Technologies for Foundry METAL Companies from Turkey, China, and India, inter alia, declared their intention to participate in next year's edition of the fair organised in Kielce.

On the third day of the International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce (04/09/2025), the conference on “Cooperation of Polish foundries with the defence industry”, organised by the Technical Association of Polish Founders in cooperation with the Foundry Chamber of Commerce brought together representatives of domestic foundries and Polish Armaments Group SA, as well as companies such as: Rosomak SA, Zakłady Metalowe "Dezamet" SA and Huta Stalowa Wola SA.
