How can measurement accuracy of around one degree Celsius be achieved at temperatures exceeding 1,000°C? A representative of Guenther Polska discussed the challenges involved in manufacturing and calibrating high-precision thermocouples, as well as a project being developed in cooperation with Wrocław University of Science and Technology, during Industrial Autumn at Expo Kielce.

Expo Kielce and Czech company ABF, operator of PVA EXPO PRAHA, are embarking on a new partnership. The agreement opens up new opportunities for the Kielce exhibition centre to attract exhibitors from the Czech Republic, promote its events on the Czech market and develop joint projects. The first areas of cooperation have already been identified – ranging from drones, transport and energy to tourism, fishing and the beauty industry.

Visitors can look forward to two days of panel discussions, presentations, demonstrations and individual consultations with experts.

Experts taking part in the first day of discussions at Expo Kielce agreed on one thing: buying software, a robot or access to artificial intelligence does not, in itself, amount to digital transformation. What is needed is a clearly defined goal, well-organised processes, skilled people and a clear implementation plan.

From 22 to 24 September, the exhibition halls are filled with solutions for foundry, heat treatment, non-ferrous metals, metrology, non-destructive testing and industrial filtration and ventilation.

Rings, sporting excitement, meetings with boxing legends and hundreds of young aspiring fighters – the VI Polish Boxing Forum and International Boxing Industry Trade Show, organised by the Polish Boxing Association, has got under way at Targi Kielce. One of the biggest stars of the opening was Andrzej Gołota, while from the very first hours, the new exhibition hall was buzzing with crowds of participants, with children and young people making up a particularly large share of the audience.
