2026 will be a special year for FAKRO as the company celebrates its 35th anniversary – a time of development, innovation and passion for light. Since the start, FAKRO has had one goal: to create solutions that bring people closer to nature and space.

The beginnings date back to 1991, when a small company with grand ambitions was established in Nowy Sącz. Today, FAKRO is a global brand present in over 60 countries, employs over 4,000 people, and has 11 production plants and 17 distribution companies in Europe and America.

 The modern research and development centre in Nowy Sącz is the heart of the company.  More than a hundred engineers develop new technologies every day that combine functionality with aesthetics. FAKRO has over 250 patent applications and continually sets the direction for industry development. Today, the brand is the second-largest global roof window market player with a share of approximately 15 per cent, with the position built on quality, innovation and a responsible approach to the environment. FAKRO at the WinDoGlass Innovation Expo

WinDoGlass Innovation Expo 2026 a platform for the window and glass industry 

The presence of industry leaders at the WinDoGlass Innovation 2026 trade fair in Targi Kielce confirms that the event will serve as a catalyst for the development of the joinery industry, including the specialist door and glass sector, by bringing together business, knowledge, and modern technologies under one roof.
