At the Stom Tool trade fair, Kjellberg Finsterwalde presents the latest addition to the Q-Series: Q 4500. With a cutting current range of up to 450 A, it is the most powerful plasma power source for the complex requirements of digitalised production. It combines precise plasma cutting and marking at the best level and enables the user to make precise plasma cuts up to 120 mm. High cutting speeds reduce costs and increase efficiency. The browser-based HMI Q-Desk developed by Kjellberg provides process data and information of all system components in real time on standard devices (such as smartphone, tablet) independent of location. All data can be transferred and processed via the Ethernet interface using the MQTT protocol. The Kjellberg eService ensures reliability in production through remote diagnostics, remote monitoring and regular updates.
