Medicover Sport is a solution that helps organisations look after their employees' wellbeing — their physical activity, recovery and the development of healthy habits. At the same time, it addresses the needs of HR and management, boosting employee motivation and engagement and, in turn, performance. It offers sports packages – for adults, people aged 60+, young people and children – giving access to more than 6,000 sports and recreational facilities and services across Poland and 85 types of activity, as well as a feature-rich mobile app. The app supports regular exercise through on-demand workouts, training plans for three levels of experience, and a range of activity categories, from strength training, through exercises that improve mobility and flexibility, to relaxation-focused sessions. It also helps employees reduce stress, rest effectively, practise mindfulness and support their personal development, and makes healthy eating easier through access to dietitian consultations.

In line with the WHO definition, health is understood not simply as the absence of illness, but as the physical, mental and social wellbeing of employees.
