The launch event at WB Group's stand was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Deputy Minister of National Defence Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka, President of the Management Board of WB Group Piotr Wojciechowski, and Vice President Adam Bartosiewicz. Representatives of the Polish Armed Forces, the defence sector, corporate partners, and international media also observed the demonstration.

X-LiftAir—Enhanced Capabilities for FLYEYE

The first premiere was X-LiftAir—a specialized module enabling an alternative vertical takeoff for the FLYEYE unmanned aerial system using a multirotor platform. The FLYEYE drone is suspended beneath the multirotor, carried to a pre-designated altitude, and released to proceed with autonomous flight.

This mechanism is engineered to expand operational flexibility and boost the system's overall range. The module can be retrofitted onto an end-user's existing multirotor—provided its payload parameters accommodate FLYEYE—or delivered as a turnkey package alongside a WB Group platform built on domestic components.

WARMATE 8X—Next-Generation Loitering Munition

Another milestone showcased at MSPO was WARMATE 8X—a loitering munition system featuring fixed surfaces arranged in a cruciform configuration. The platform is engineered for precision strikes against high-value targets while seamlessly integrating into broader reconnaissance-strike networks.

WARMATE 8X carries interchangeable 8 kg warheads tailored to specific mission profiles and target characteristics. Its real-time flight control, guidance, and data-link architecture facilitates coordinated multi-platform operations.

GLADIUS 2 for Long-Range Engagement

WB Group's third premiere was GLADIUS 2, a loitering munition system engineered to detect and engage targets at extended ranges.

Designed in a flying-wing configuration, the airframe offers reduced radar and thermal signatures. A rocket-assisted launch is executed from a containerized launcher, enabling integration across both land-based and naval platforms. GLADIUS 2 is powered by a turbojet engine manufactured in Poland.

STAR Hyperion—Mobility and Logistics

The fourth debut was STAR Hyperion—a heavy-duty, high-mobility truck built on a dedicated 8x8 military cross-country chassis.

The vehicle is engineered to transport 15- and 20-foot containers as well as specialized mission modules. It provides a versatile foundation for logistics, cargo transport, and other mission-tailored configurations. The platform was developed through a partnership of Polish manufacturers.

The four systems introduced during MSPO 2026 at Targi Kielce demonstrate the expansive domain capabilities of WB Group—from unmanned systems and sensor-to-shooter strike networks to specialized military logistics vehicles. Once again, this year's Exhibition serves as the premier stage for showcasing the latest innovations emerging from Poland's defence industry.
