Trwa Forum SOLAR +

The SOLAR + Forum is underway

08 february 2024
Debate on the future of the Moje Prąd [prosumer subsidy programme], the industry forecasts and valuable advice for users of photovoltaic panels - these and other important issues discussed by experts during the Photovoltaics and Energy Storage Forum at the ENEX Expo in the Kielce exhibition and congress centre

The SOLAR + Photovoltaics and Energy Storage Forum started with an energy talk show -  Maciej Borowiak from SBF POLSKA PV, together with Grzegorz Burek and Bogdan Szymański from GLOBENERGIA discussed the Moje Prąd 6.0 program start.

– We are all preparing for the launch and the entire industry attaches great hopes to the programme. The fifth edition ended in December, so now we are waiting for the ministry to fulfil its promises, i.e. launch the program as soon as possible. We talk about potential changes to the programme, what should be added, what devices should be moved to other programs – says Anna Będkowska, editor-in-chief of GLOBEnergia.

Another important topic is the so-called four-pack for a prosumer, i.e. a person who not only produces but also consumes electricity from his or her own photovoltaic installations. The GLOBEnergia editorial team, together with the Photovoltaic Industry Association, has developed four postulates that are intended to improve the functioning of the new prosumer settlement system.

– Our partners will discuss changes in photovoltaic modules, challenges regarding inverters, the problem of irregular grid loads and inverter shutdowns. – adds Anna Będkowska.

There will be plenty of discussions about energy storage, and more precisely - about storage in the form of electric cars. Specialists will share their experience in integrating an electric car with a photovoltaic installation and the building's energy management system.

"BEST PRACTICES IN BEST HANDS" Contest results announcement is also a part of the SOLAR+ Forum;  the GLOBEnergia Editorial Office is the competition organiser. The GOLBEnergia contest’s objective is to gather active references and best practices as well as to identify the best business sector's installers. Thus energy-efficiency and related solutions are promoted.

The Kielce exhibition and congress centre Enex Expo has center hosted many product premieres - energy conversion and storage solutions. A fascinating solution from the Viessmann - the Vitocharge inverter connected to batteries, thus it can work as an energy store. ENEX was the stage for GoodWe presentation of an inverter that ensures grid stabilisation.

International Power Industry and Renewable Sources of Energy Fair Enex is held on 7 and 8 February 2024 in Targi Kielce.
