Emerging Details: the Canadian Lead Nation Exhibition at MSPO 2026

18 June 2026
Canada, taking centre stage as the Lead Nation at this year’s International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO), is rapidly finalising its high-profile presence at Targi Kielce.

Current confirmations reveal that an impressive 170 Canadian companies will showcase their cutting-edge portfolios within the national pavilion.  These industry leaders are set to engage in high-level business matchmaking and strategic talks with partners from Poland and across the globe.

The official program for Canada’s Lead nation Exhibition is being meticulously crafted in close coordination with the Polish Ministry of National Defence.  Among the flagship events is the prestigious Lead Nation Conference, scheduled for the second day of the exhibition.  High-level planning is also underway for a series of bilateral meetings bringing together government officials, military leadership, and key defence industry stakeholders.

The Canadian government also announces strong representation.  Expected dignitaries in Kielce include Minister of National Defence David McGuinty, Minister of International Trade Maninder Sidhu, and Minister of Industry Mélanie Joly.  The presence of these top-tier government officials underscores the vital importance of Polish-Canadian cooperation in security, defence, and advanced technological innovation.

Canada’s Lead Nation Exhibition promises to be a defining cornerstone of MSPO 2026—creating an unparalleled platform to showcase the sheer capability of the Canadian defence sector, forge lucrative business partnerships, and drive critical dialogues on international defence cooperation.
