eKlepsydra – modern funeral communication at NECROEXPO 2026

19 March 2026
The eKlepsydra system, developed within the Klepsydra Group, will be presented at the NECROEXPO 2026 trade fair as a solution that supports communication among funeral homes, families, and ceremony participants. The tool enables quick, multi-channel information about death and the details of the ceremony – via SMS, email and social media.

eKlepsydra goes beyond the function of a traditional obituary, offering a range of solutions to support the organisation of ceremonies, enabling navigation to the ceremony location, ordering flowers and candles, online broadcasting of the ceremony, expressing condolences, and sharing memories. Additionally, it offers anniversary reminders and the ability for family members to send thank-you notes.

From the perspective of funeral homes, eKlepsydra is a tool supporting both communication and image-building activities  as each notification can include the company's data and logo, and a built-in panel allows for analysis of the reach and effectiveness of communication. The system also allows you to develop sales of additional services through an integrated online store.

The solution addresses the growing digitalisation needs of the funeral industry and customers' expectations for quick access to information and the ability to participate in ceremonies regardless of location.

NECROEXPO 2026 welcomes representatives of the Klepsydra Group who will present the full capabilities of the eKlepsydra system and its application in the daily work of funeral homes.
