Canada – Lead Nation of MSPO 2026 invites entrepreneurs to B2B business meetings

14 July 2026
Canada, the Lead Nation of the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO, invites entrepreneurs to participate in a bespoke B2B matchmaking programme. The event will offer a prime opportunity to establish high-level contacts with representatives of Canadian institutions driving economic development and investment, as well as to discover the strategic potential of doing business in the Canadian market.

As one of Europe's premier defence events, MSPO is once again set to become the ultimate hub for international dialogue and strategic cooperation.  From 8 to 11 September 2026, the Government of Canada will host a series of pre-arranged B2B meetings during MSPO for companies looking to scale their operations, establish lucrative partnerships and invest directly in Canada.

The programme is tailor-made for enterprises considering launching a physical business presence within the Canadian market.  Participants will have the chance to engage in direct, face-to-face discussions with economic authorities and development agency leaders from 19 Canadian cities and provinces tasked with accelerating investment and corporate growth.

Crucially, the programme is not intended for firms focusing solely on exporting their existing products or services to Canada.  Instead, its objective is to champion enterprises planning to expand their global footprint through capital investment or by establishing a permanent corporate foothold in Canada.

ALTIOS International is managing participant registration and coordinating meeting schedules.  Companies interested in participating can apply by contacting the following address: PartnershipsFDI-PartenariatsIDE@international.gc.ca.
