Under the terms of the agreement, the State Treasury will receive technical documentation and licensing rights allowing its utilization in the manufacture of spare parts for HOMAR-K multiple rocket launchers as well as their final assembly. The acquired license can subsequently be transferred to sub-licensees across the Polish defence sector.

Concluding this contract during the International Defence Industry Exhibition underscores MSPO's role as a venue where technology showcases translate into concrete decisions, contracts, and strategic projects that strengthen domestic defence industrial capacity.

The agreement was signed during the largest edition of the International Defence Industry Exhibition in its history. From 8 to 11 September 2026 at Targi Kielce, 1,209 companies from 43 countries are displaying their offerings, with the event hosting thousands of visitors from across the globe, including representatives from 60 official foreign delegations. The static display spans 11 halls as well as an extensive outdoor exhibition area. This year's MSPO is also the first event to utilize Targi Kielce's new hall, offering a total surface area of 18,500 m². The record-shattering scale of the Exhibition and the contracts executed in Kielce affirm its standing as one of the premier gathering points for the defence industry, military leadership, government administration, and international partners.
