Shelters, Protective Structures and Self-Supporting Arched Halls in WAT-UBM Technology

World Technology Group provides shelters, protective structures and self-supporting arched halls manufactured using the licensed WAT-UBM technology of the Military University of Technology. The system is based on thin-walled, double-curved steel panels with a honeycomb-type profile, forming a durable arched structure.

WTG shelters and protective structures are designed to protect civilians, personnel, critical infrastructure, and military and industrial assets. The facilities can be adapted to different protection levels, occupancy capacities and required periods of stay. Depending on their intended use, they may be equipped with air filtration and ventilation systems, emergency power supply, airlocks and decontamination zones.

Structures manufactured using WAT-UBM technology have undergone field testing with the participation of the Military University of Technology and military engineering units. The tests covered the effects of blast overpressure, weapons fire, fragments and external explosive charges. The facilities may also be designed for dual-use purposes. During everyday operation, they can serve as warehouses, garages, training rooms, shooting ranges or technical facilities, while in an emergency they can be converted into protective spaces.

WTG self-supporting arched halls can be used as storage, production, logistics, military, garage and sports facilities. Structures manufactured using WAT-UBM technology can achieve spans ranging from 8 to 31 metres and are built without intermediate columns, allowing maximum use of the available floor area.

The panels are profiled and joined directly at the construction site, reducing the number of transport operations, shortening installation time and enabling the structure to be adapted to local conditions and operational requirements. The halls can be delivered in different dimensions and colours, with thermal insulation, roof skylights and an appropriately selected foundation system.
