The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship is located in central-southern Poland. This location, combined with the proximity of the country's largest metropolitan areas – Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, and Łódź (all within 120–180 km of Kielce) – makes the region a significant transportation hub and an attractive location for domestic and foreign investments.
Thanks to its favorable location, developed economic base, available investment areas, key research institutions, and a comprehensive business support system, the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship is a promising place to invest and run a business. One of the instruments supporting local businesses is the "Świętokrzyskie for Business" project. It targets companies from key regional industries that lack export experience but show strong export potential, as well as those planning to expand their international activities. The project aims to strengthen the position of Świętokrzyskie enterprises in global markets.
"Świętokrzyskie for Business" is an initiative built on the experience of recent activities implemented by the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship government. The project offers comprehensive promotional support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the region operating in smart specializations. These include the metals industry, resource-efficient construction, modern agriculture, healthcare tourism, sustainable energy development, the trade fair and exhibition industry, as well as IT/ICT.
The project supports Świętokrzyskie SMEs in developing their export activities through participation in national and international economic events, such as trade fairs, trade missions, and industry conferences. It also provides opportunities to gain knowledge and benefit from consulting services in the planning and execution of export activities.
