RadAir
RadAir
RadAir is a modular airborne surveillance and analytical system developed by VORTEX for integration with lightweight unmanned aerial platforms. The system combines a Ka-band Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) with electro-optical sensors, enabling high-resolution observation and reconnaissance missions in near real time. Designed to deliver imagery with a ground resolution of up to 15 cm, RadAir provides reliable performance in adverse weather and low-visibility conditions. The system incorporates onboard data processing, SAR image focusing, antenna motion compensation, and enhanced electromagnetic interference resilience. RadAir is intended for critical infrastructure protection, border surveillance, environmental monitoring, emergency response, and reconnaissance missions, providing accurate geospatial information to support operational decision-making.
