Description
This combination is a key differentiator. VAC AERO not only designs and builds vacuum furnaces, but also operates thermal processing facilities using the same technologies in demanding production environments. Our engineers understand both how to build high-performance vacuum furnace systems and how to develop, control and run the processes performed inside them. This practical knowledge is incorporated into furnace design, process development, troubleshooting and lifecycle support.
VAC AERO designs and manufactures custom vacuum furnace systems for heat treatment, vacuum brazing and other demanding thermal processes. Customers are supported through the complete equipment lifecycle, including engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, training, modernization, spare parts, field service and technical support.
Our processing capabilities include vacuum heat treatment, vacuum brazing, HVOF and plasma spray coatings, supported by metallurgical laboratory services, process development and engineering expertise.
VAC AERO supports leading global aerospace and defense OEMs including Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, Safran, Boeing, Bell and Héroux-Devtek, as well as their Tier 1, Tier 2 and broader international supply chains. Our technologies and services support new production and MRO requirements for critical components including aircraft engine parts, landing gear, transmission components, structural assemblies and other mission-critical hardware requiring precise and tightly controlled thermal processing.
VAC AERO also has a long-standing connection with Poland. The company established operations in Poland in 2005 and remained directly present until 2016. This experience provided first-hand knowledge of the Polish aerospace and industrial market, local customer requirements, supply-chain expectations and business environment, while helping build strong and lasting customer relationships.
VAC AERO operates under AS9100-certified quality systems, with NADCAP-accredited special processes where applicable.
At MSPO 2026, VAC AERO is building on its previous presence and experience in Poland and is seeking to further develop relationships with defense manufacturers, aerospace companies, system integrators, MRO organizations and their supply chains across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. VAC AERO brings Canadian-engineered vacuum furnace technology, production-proven process expertise, established industry relationships and long-term technical support.
