Military construction is one of Unibep SA’s key areas of development. The company has the experience, qualified personnel and required security certificates to carry out projects for the Polish Armed Forces, military universities and institutions responsible for national security. Its capabilities include the construction of new facilities, the extension and modernisation of existing infrastructure, as well as comprehensive site development with the necessary technical infrastructure.

The Military University of Technology in Warsaw is an important partner of Unibep SA. The company constructed and commissioned the university’s modern Radio Science and Education Centre for the Faculty of Electronics. Unibep is currently building the Innovation and Cybersecurity Centre for the Faculty of Cybernetics. The facility will house specialist laboratories and teaching spaces used, among other purposes, to educate future personnel of the Cyberspace Defence Forces. Cooperation between Unibep and the Military University of Technology also includes knowledge exchange and initiatives supporting students’ professional development, including internships and work placements.

Unibep’s defence-sector portfolio also includes the NSM Missile Production and Maintenance Centre in Zielonka, a warehouse for the 18th Logistics Regiment in Łomża and a complex of buildings with associated infrastructure for a military unit in Węgorzewo. The company is also constructing a new military base in Czarna Białostocka, a facility for a Voluntary Basic Military Service subunit in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, as well as three barracks buildings and a mess hall at the Powidz Garrison.
