Description
UAVita Systems Inc. is a Canadian aerospace company headquartered in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, advancing heavy-payload autonomous aircraft for defence, security and dual-use missions. From operational use in Ukraine to industrial capability in Canada, UAVita is building a sovereign aerospace capability with allied reach.
UAVita’s portfolio is centred on the E-300 Enterprise and D-80 Discovery—fixed-wing UAS platforms engineered for long range, endurance, autonomous operation and modular payload integration. Depending on mission configuration, the E-300 offers up to 23 hours of endurance, 3,000 km of range or a 300 kg payload/fuel allowance; the D-80 offers up to 9 hours, 900 km or an 80 kg payload/fuel allowance. Maximum performance values are mission-dependent and not simultaneous.
The E-300 is designed for missions requiring substantial lift capacity and operational reach. The D-80 is suited to logistics, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), and adaptable mission integration. UAVita platforms can support autonomous logistics and resupply, ISR, counter-UAS operations, emergency response, Arctic and northern missions, and integration of authorized defence mission-effect payloads.
UAVita-originated technology has been developed through a multi-year program of engineering, systems integration, testing and commercial flight operations, and has continued to mature through demanding operational use and learning in Ukraine. This experience informs platform refinement, mission integration, maintainability and sustainment. The aircraft are designed to accommodate customer-specific payloads, communications and mission systems.
UAVita is advancing a Canadian industrialization pathway in Saskatchewan encompassing aircraft assembly, systems and payload integration, testing, certification, sustainment, supplier development and workforce growth. The objective is to support Canadian defence and security requirements, continued assistance to Ukraine, and allied and NATO needs while establishing scalable Canadian production.
UAVita works with government, defence, industry and applied-research partners to translate operational learning into enduring Canadian and allied capability.
