Description
Technology Applied is the largest Polish contract manufacturing company utilizing advanced industrial 3D printing technologies. The company boasts a state-of-the-art machinery fleet and comprehensive production and post-processing facilities, delivering durable, functional, and reliable components for the most demanding industrial sectors—with a particular focus on defense, aerospace, automotive, and medical industries. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified, confirming the highest standards of quality management.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES AND AN ALTERNATIVE TO INJECTION MOLDING
The company’s 3D printing facility utilizes a wide range of proven additive manufacturing technologies:
• SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) – selective laser sintering of polymer powders,
• MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) – precise and efficient printing with isotropic mechanical properties,
• FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) – thermoplastic extrusion.

Laser-based 3D printing technologies serve as an excellent complement to, and in many cases a direct alternative for, traditional injection molding. The absence of setup costs and expensive tooling or molds makes 3D printing an optimal and cost-effective choice for short to medium production runs, as well as for the rapid implementation of design modifications.

CERTIFIED SPECIALIZED MATERIALS
Technology Applied uses certified materials, enabling the production of parts that comply with rigorous international standards. The offering includes:
• Polyamides in standard forms as well as reinforced with glass fiber or aluminum powder (Alumide),
• Self-extinguishing and flame-retardant materials (containing halogen-free flame retardants) – crucial for military and aerospace applications,
• Thermoplastic elastomers (TPU) and advanced filaments.

Products can feature chemical and mechanical resistance, flame retardancy, biocompatibility, or approval for food contact.

UNIQUE POST-PROCESSING AND PART FINISHING
Technology Applied employs a professional, automated system for chemical vapor smoothing of 3D prints. Finishing capabilities also include:
• Surface smoothing and polishing,
• Dyeing and painting,
• Insertion of threaded inserts and metal components,
• Bonding and joining of complex structures.

As a result, the company delivers final, assembly-ready components, devices, and spare parts for machinery and production lines.
