ACMI-Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation System
One of SDT’s most prestigious and globally recognized capabilities is its Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation (ACMI) System. In modern warfare, the quality of pilot training is as critical as the aircraft itself. SDT’s ACMI provides an end-to-end simulation and instrumentation environment that enables high-fidelity aerial training. The system allows for real-time simulation of air combat maneuvers, including air-to-air and air-to-ground missile engagements, without the need for live ammunition. It records flight data with extreme precision using advanced GNSS and inertial navigation, providing pilots and instructors with comprehensive post-mission analysis (debriefing) tools. Integrated into diverse platforms such as the F-16 and the JF-17.
