Description
Quantum Bridge Technologies is a Canadian quantum-safe cryptography company, spun out of the University of Toronto and operating across Canada and Europe. Its core technology, the DSKE protocol (Distributed Symmetric Key Establishment), secures communications without PKI or Certificate Authorities - cryptographic material is split across multiple independently operated Security Hubs, so no single node, supplier or outside authority can ever reconstruct a key. DSKE is not a black box: the protocol is published, peer-reviewed and open to independent audit. Every solution is software, deployed on-premises on standard COTS hardware and operated entirely under the customer's own control.

Black Phone - Secure Mobile Communications
Black Phone is a secure mobile communications application for iOS and Android - direct and group messaging, file transfer and voice calls, end-to-end encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Session keys are derived simultaneously from DSKE, post-quantum ML-KEM and classical elliptic-curve exchange, so the failure of any one algorithm does not expose the traffic. There is no certificate authority and no external identity provider: devices are enrolled by QR code from an operator-controlled distribution point, scaling to large formations without manual pairwise key placement. Black Phone runs entirely on the operator's own infrastructure and works over any bearer - including constrained tactical and MANET links.

Quantum Fabric is a double-encrypted network overlay connecting sites, cloud environments and remote users across untrusted infrastructure, including the public internet - with no MPLS lock-in and no third party holding the cryptography. Following CSfC-style layered protection, workload traffic travels in an inner tunnel (ChaCha20-Poly1305 with a post-quantum pre-shared key) carried inside an outer tunnel (AES-256-GCM with a DSKE pre-shared key), with shared secrets continuously rotated through multiple independent Security Hubs. Two genuinely independent cryptographic layers mean no single algorithmic break exposes traffic. Deployment requires no firewall reconfiguration, with automatic NAT traversal, SSO authentication and centralised policy control.

SDS makes the networks a force already quantum-safe, without replacing a single appliance. It automatically generates and distributes symmetric keys to Layer 1, 2 and 3 equipment - optical and MACsec encryptors, routers, firewalls and IPsec gateways - across multi-vendor estates, using the open ETSI GS QKD 014 and SKIP interfaces. There are no certificate authorities anywhere in the trust chain: key material is fragmented across Security Hubs the operator runs, so no single hub, vendor or outside party ever holds a complete key. DSKE, post-quantum and classical algorithms run in parallel - if one is broken, the others still hold. Keys are pre-delivered to the appliance, adding no latency to the data path.
