Description
As part of the PRONIT Group, PRONIT Robotics focuses on developing and implementing advanced Polish dual-use technologies for the defense, security, and civilian sectors. The company creates solutions based on in-house engineering expertise, systematically analyzing the evolving dynamics and operational demands of the modern battlefield.
Key Areas of Operation:
Comprehensive R&D: Covering the full lifecycle from initial technology development and prototyping to testing, implementation, and production readiness.
Core Technologies: Development of unmanned and autonomous aerial, ground, and surface systems, C-UAS (Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems), multi-sensor detection, Ground Control Stations (GCS), communication and control systems, alongside proprietary electronics and software.
Unmanned Platforms (UAV & USV):
The portfolio features a modular 10-inch UAV with a payload exceeding 4 kg and an extended range, plus 13-inch and 15-inch platforms designed for logistics and mine-laying. Standardized interfaces enable rapid reconfiguration with various mission payloads, sensors, and communication systems. Simultaneously, the company is developing Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) for dual-use applications, engineered for sensor integration and seamless cooperation with aerial platforms within a unified command environment.
Counter-Drone Systems (C-UAS):
PRONIT Robotics is developing a multi-sensor threat detection and classification architecture, paired with a high-speed, vertical take-off unmanned interceptor. These solutions are part of a broader, integrated system for detecting, identifying, and neutralizing unmanned threats.
Technological Sovereignty, AI & Swarm Systems:
A strategic priority is maximizing Polish technological sovereignty. PRONIT Robotics develops proprietary electronics, control elements, data transmission hardware, antennas, and software to systematically reduce reliance on foreign suppliers.
Together with its subsidiary, the company has developed an image analysis-based threat identification system for industrial applications. These competencies are expanding into computer vision, sensor data fusion, and autonomy. A major focus is multi-platform interoperability and coordination—the foundation of swarm systems. This ecosystem allows aerial, ground, and surface platforms to exchange data, share sensory intelligence, and execute coordinated tasks in a shared environment.
Ultimately, PRONIT Robotics serves as an R&D hub uniting robotics, electronics, sensors, autonomy, and AI. The goal is to generate proprietary IP, rapidly transition R&D into market-ready products, and build scalable dual-use technologies while driving greater technological independence.
