Founded in 1958, Plastiques Gagnon Inc. is a Canadian custom plastic injection molding manufacturer specializing in the development and production of high-performance thermoplastic components for demanding industrial applications. With two manufacturing facilities in Quebec, Canada, the company operates 24/7 and serves customers throughout North America and international markets.
Plastiques Gagnon provides complete manufacturing solutions, from Design for Manufacturing (DFM) support and tooling management to precision injection molding, overmolding, value-added assembly, welding, testing, quality assurance, and logistics. Our production capabilities include injection molding presses ranging from 20 to 720 tons, robotic automation, insert molding, micro-molding, hot plate and infrared welding, leak testing, and customized assembly processes.
The company has developed recognized expertise in manufacturing precision plastic components for the defence industry, particularly for training ammunition and less-lethal munitions. Since 1996, Plastiques Gagnon has been supplying critical molded components, supporting military and law enforcement training programs used by NATO member countries and allied defence organizations worldwide. These applications require exceptional dimensional accuracy, material consistency, traceability, and process reliability.
In addition to defence, Plastiques Gagnon serves customers in the automotive, electronics, mining, industrial equipment, construction, and recreational vehicle sectors. Our expertise includes engineered resins such as POM, PA, PBT, ABS, PC, PP, reinforced polymers, and other high-performance engineering thermoplastics.

Plastiques Gagnon maintains rigorous quality management processes and is certified to ISO 9001 while also holding certification under Canada's Controlled Goods Program (CGP), enabling the company to manufacture controlled defence-related components securely and in compliance with Canadian regulations.
