Description
New Era Materials is a Polish manufacturer of advanced composite materials and a provider of professional 3D printing services, specializing in lightweight, durable, and precisely tailored engineering solutions for the defense industry. The company also supplies composite components and 3D-printed parts for public transport, medicine, and sports.
The company holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, confirming high standards of quality and environmental management in its production processes. New Era Materials has also been granted a license from the Ministry of Interior and Administration (MSWiA) to supply products for the defense sector, confirming the company's compliance with the strict regulatory requirements imposed on suppliers to the defense industry.
At the MSPO trade fair, New Era Materials presents its proprietary NEMpreg prepreg materials – composite materials based on fiber-reinforced epoxy resin, serving as the base for the production of:
NEMplate – rigid and durable structural composite panels,
NEMsandwich – lightweight sandwich-type panels,
NEMcomposites – individually designed composite components for special and military applications.
The company has its own R&D department and laboratory, where the mechanical, thermal, and fire-resistant properties of materials, as well as their aging resistance, are tested – in line with the requirements set for composite materials used in military and defense equipment.
3D printing services are provided under the Fibometry brand, in both polymers and metals – including nickel alloys (Inconel), aluminum alloys, steels, titanium alloys, and other high-strength metal alloys. DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) metal printing enables the production of precise, fully functional components with high thermal and mechanical resistance, intended for professional applications in the defense, aerospace, and automotive industries. The offering is complemented by polymer printing technologies: MJF (Multi Jet Fusion), SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), SLA (stereolithography), PolyJet (PJ), and FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) – used for the production of prototypes, precision technical components, and manufacturing tools.
New Era Materials is an exhibitor at the MSPO (International Defence Industry Exhibition) trade fair in Kielce, where it presents composite solutions and 3D printing in polymers and metal for the defense industry. We invite you to get in touch and visit our websites: www.neweramaterials.com – where we present our full range of composite materials, and www.fibometry.com – the website of our brand dedicated to 3D printing services.
