AI Zuzi creates advanced artificial intelligence solutions for businesses, public institutions and the defence sector. AI Zuzi Onboarding: supports both the onboarding of new employees and the continued training and development of existing team members. The platform is tailored to each employee, their role and their responsibilities.
An AI Mentor adapted to the organisation’s specific requirements uses its internal documentation and knowledge base to answer questions like an experienced member of the team.
The system provides continuous access to company documents, job-specific training and mandatory courses covering areas such as occupational health and safety, GDPR and the EU AI Act. Administrators can monitor the progress, results and completed training of all employees in real time.
