Long range Surface to Air Missile System
L-SAM is designed to intercept both Ballistic Missiles and Aerial Targets
1. L-SAM System utilized two kinds of interceptors, Anti-air missile(AAM) and Anti-ballistic missile(ABM) for maximized performance and effectiveness.
2. Enhanced interoperability using information coordination central enables coordinated air defence operation with 3rd party air defence solutions including MSAM-II, Patriot, Sensor and C2 systems through standardized date-links.
3. L-SAM's engagement control station enalbes effective&efficient simultaneous multi-target engagement capability using AESA radar, and remotely operated vertical launchers.
4. Provision of cost-effective ILS support using automatic self-diagnosis & modular parts replacement.

Extension of the range by installing the KGGB kit on the MK-82 bomb
