Description
TKK Konstrukcje is a Polish company specializing in the design and production of precision devices, fixtures and mechanical components for industry. We carry out projects from concept development and technical documentation, through parts manufacturing, to assembly and commissioning of the final solution.
We design and manufacture specialist measuring fixtures, machining fixtures, production tooling, inspection stations and other dedicated solutions. We also offer precision CNC machining of metals, plastics and composites — from prototypes and single parts to small and medium production series.
An important area of our activity is the development of measurement systems for the aerospace, automotive, machinery and defence industries. One of our proprietary products is the patented DBMS – Deep Bore Measurement System, a device for measuring deep holes, enabling wireless transmission and recording of measurement results.
We also design injection moulds, particularly for prototype and small-series production, providing CAD support and adapting component design to the manufacturing technology.
TKK Konstrukcje holds a licence from the Polish Ministry of the Interior and Administration and is certified to ISO 9001, which enables the company to carry out selected projects for the defence sector.
