JAKUSZ has been operating in the international defence and security market for over 40 years, offering a comprehensive range of services (design, manufacture and implementation) in the following areas:
- critical infrastructure protection – blast-resistant containers, containerised explosives storage facilities, electromagnetic-sealed containers,
- national technological independence – production lines for: RDX, HMX with recrystallisation and phlegmatisation, ammonium chlorate, rubber (HTPB, CTPB), aluminium powder, plasticisers, 98% HTP,
- support for ammunition production – ammunition assembly lines, equipment and components for ammunition and explosives manufacturers, detonation chambers,
- challenges of drone warfare – warheads for UAVs and loitering munitions, combat modules for drone warheads, assembly of ammunition and warheads for combat drones.
Main customers are the armed forces, the police, law enforcement agencies, airport security services, and ammunition manufacturers – both in Poland and abroad.
The company has customers and actively markets its products in 40 countries through local business partners who provide after-sales service.
Jakusz conducts extensive research and development activities, based on its own laboratories and in collaboration with scientific institutes in Poland and abroad, focusing on the development of new technologies in the fields of CBRNE protection, chemical engineering, ammunition disposal and the protection of classified information. The process of implementing new solutions involves the construction of prototype devices, pilot production lines, scaling up from the laboratory level to industrial systems, and field trials.
