ITPS Canada Ltd.

ITPS Canada is a Canadian aerospace training organisation supporting military, government, and aerospace industry customers through two complementary capability streams: ITPS and ITTC.

ITPS, the International Test Pilots School, provides specialist flight test training and support for test pilots, flight test engineers, flight test departments, and aerospace organisations. Its work is centred on developing the people, methods, and applied judgement required to plan, conduct, analyse, and report flight test activity across fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and uncrewed aircraft systems. ITPS supports customers seeking to build or sustain credible flight test capability, whether through formal training, bespoke programmes, or targeted support for aircraft evaluation and systems testing.

ITTC, the International Tactical Training Centre, focuses on tactical and fighter training. It supports air forces, fighter squadrons, and training commands facing pressures around fighter pilot production, tactical readiness, advanced jet training, and operational conversion. ITTC’s role is to help customers develop effective tactical aviation capability through high-quality instruction, modern training systems, and programmes tailored to operational requirements.

Together, ITPS and ITTC allow ITPS Canada to support customers across the wider military aviation training spectrum: from flight test education and aircraft evaluation through to tactical training and fighter-readiness development. This structure gives customers a clear pathway to the right solution while keeping the flight test and tactical training offers distinct, focused, and aligned to their specific operational needs.
