“War is deception.” In keeping with this motto, INFLATECH offers a wide range of realistic mock-ups of military equipment and combat vehicles designed to deceive the enemy’s reconnaissance, artillery, and air forces. The mock-ups fully replicate military equipment in terms of optical characteristics (shapes, dimensions), radar characteristics (reflection identical to that of the specified target), and infrared characteristics (heat emission in specific locations).

INFLATECH’s inflatable decoy systems are lightweight (up to 120 kilograms), quick and easy to set up and take down—it takes just 10 minutes for 2–4 people to deploy a decoy—and their cost is only a fraction of the price of the actual military equipment. The product range includes, among others, mock-ups of the AS90, BM-30, BMP-2, BMP-3, BTR-80, CAESAR 6x6, CHALLENGER 2, CSS-5, F-16, FV107, K9 THUNDER, LEOPARD 2A4, M1 ABRAMS, M142 HIMARS, M270 MLRS, M-60, PANTSIR-S1, PATRIOT, SA-15, SA-17, SA-19 GRISON, SA-21, SA-6 GAINFUL, SA-8, SU-27, SU-30, T-72, T-80, T-90, TATRA STARKOM, and UH-60 Black Hawk.

INFLATECH can create a mock-up of any piece of equipment according to the customer’s requirements.

The effectiveness of these mock-ups has been proven during the ongoing war in Ukraine, where the Ukrainian armed forces have been using INFLATECH products since 2022 to draw enemy fire away from them, thereby protecting valuable PATRIOT anti-aircraft missile launchers and artillery. The decoy systems are constantly being developed to meet the evolving challenges of the modern battlefield.
