iGAL Sp. z o.o. is a Polish engineering company specializing in the design, manufacturing, automation and modernization of electroplating lines and equipment for the surface treatment industry. The company’s operations date back to 2003, when iGAL began developing expertise in the design and implementation of advanced control systems. Our many years of experience have enabled us to specialize in the comprehensive delivery of installations for the electroplating industry.
Our core expertise lies in automatic electroplating lines – both rack and barrel lines – individually designed and manufactured based on the customer’s technological and production requirements. We provide complete solutions including process tanks and vessels, transport systems, peripheral equipment, filtration and dosing systems, dryers, electroplating rectifiers and process installations.
Automation and control of electroplating processes are an important area of iGAL’s activities. We develop modern control systems that enable precise process management, improve process repeatability, reduce energy and utility consumption, and provide effective diagnostics of installation operation. We also develop solutions for process monitoring, parameter recording and production reporting.
As part of our comprehensive electroplating plant solutions, we also offer process ventilation and wastewater neutralization systems, designed and manufactured with consideration of the specific requirements of each facility.
