Technologies and manufacturing processes:
• Metal processing - laser cutting of sheet metal, hollow sections, angles and tubes; punching; CNC turning and milling; engraving and product marking.
• Welding and grinding - robotic welding of structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium; MIG, TIG and laser welding; resistance welding and grinding.
• Casting - high-pressure die casting of ZAMAK and aluminium, followed by machining, surface treatment and finishing.
• Coatings and surface finishing - zinc plating, electroplating, anodising, powder coating, wet painting and cathodic electrodeposition (KTL).
• Plastics processing - manufacturing of plastic components and parts supporting the mechanical and functional requirements of assemblies.
